Bird Geometry Bird geometry is a study of the proportions of a bird pre flight. Perched on a stand, its strong lines and mass are broken down to fundamental shape and form. Interwoven positive and negative space build a totemic structure depicting the birds strength. The sharp angles and reflective finish contribute to the overall composition.

My journey to you has led me to stillness My journey to you has led me to stillness From motion graphics to working with mild steel, 'my journey to you has led me to stillness' is a work that expresses Battaglia's own journey through art disciplines. Derivative of an animated mechanical form, the work captures time flow in motion. The objects tactile machinations visible through its exposed parts and flow between the mechanical and cup like vessel to its side.

Hang 5 now for 10 Playful balance in motion, Hang 5 now for 10, is a figurative work that captures the moment of anticipation before achieving a manoeuvre. The figure is caught in a balancing act in the process of stepping up to the challenge and righting itself to maintain its projectory.
